2. Orders & Payments

• We accept all major credit cards.
• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the United States.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns/exchanges within [30] days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. 
• Buyer must provide tracking information for the return of their items.
• Refunds/Returns/Exchanges not available for any item that has been made custom to fit the buyers requests.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Customer will be refunded when items are returned, received, and inspected by seller. If deemed eligible for refund, funds will be returned within 1-3 business days of receipt.
• Funds will be refunded in the same method that original payment was made.
